AZ34063A monolithic switching regulator control circuit which contains primary functions required DC-DC converters. This device consists internal temperature compensated reference, voltage comparator, controlled duty cycle oscillator with active current limit circuit, driver high current output switch. AZ34063A specifically designed general DC-DC converter used Step-Down, Step-Up Voltage-Inverting applications with minimum number external components. AZ34063A available packages: SOIC-8 DIP-8.
