Designed applications operating within frequency range, Mimix's broadband, cascadable, gain block amplifiers ideal solutions transmit, receive applications. These MMIC amplifiers available bare form. Mimix's InGaP technology industry thermal resistance offers thermally robust reliable gain block solution. InGaP have extra pads enable thorough testing. This unique test capability inclusion protection die, significantly enhances quality, reliability ruggedness these products.
