General Description
AP1501 series monolithic that design step-down DC/DC converter, ability driving load without additional transistor component. reducing number external component, board space saved easily. external shutdown function controlled logic level then come into standby mode. internal compensation makes feedback control have good line load regulation without external design. Regarding protected function, thermal shutdown prevent over temperature operating from damage, current limit against over current operating output switch. AP1501 series operates switching frequency 150KHz thus allowing smaller sized filter components than what would needed with lower frequency switching regulators. Other features include guaranteed tolerance output voltage under specified input voltage output load conditions, +15% oscillator frequency. output version included fixed 3.3V, 12V, adjustable type. packages available standard 5-lead TO-220 package 5-lead TO-263.
