Description
IPS1041(L)(R)PbF IPS1042GPbF three terminal Intelligent Power Switches (IPS) featuring side MOSFETs with over-current, over-temperature, protection drain source active clamp. IPS1042G dual channel device while IPS1041 single channel. These devices offer protections high reliability required harsh environments. Each switch provides efficient protection turning power MOSFET when temperature exceeds 165°C when drain current reaches 4.5A. device restarts once input cycled. serial resistance connected input provides diagnostic. avalanche capability significantly enhanced active clamp covers most inductive load demagnetizations.
