74LCXZ2245 Voltage Bidirectional Transceiver with Tolerant Inputs Outputs Series Resistors Outputs
LCXZ2245 contains eight non-inverting bidirectional buffers with 3-STATE outputs intended oriented applications. device designed voltage (2.7V 3.3V) applications with capability interfacing signal environment. input determines direction data flow through device. input disables both ports placing them high impedance state. series resistor Port output helps reduce output overshoot undershoot. LCXZ2245 fabricated with advanced CMOS technology achieve high speed operation while maintaining CMOS power dissipation. When between 1.5V, LCXZ2245 high impedance state during power power down. This places outputs high impedance state preventing intermittent impedance loading glitching oriented applications.
