Description
6N137, HCPL-2601/2611 single-channel HCPL-2630/ 2631 dual-channel optocouplers consist AlGaAS LED, optically coupled very high speed integrated photodetector logic gate with strobable output. This output features open collector, thereby permitting wired outputs. coupled parameters guaranteed over temperature range -40°C +85°C. maximum input signal will provide minimum output sink current 13mA (fan internal noise shield provides superior common mode rejection typically 10kV/µs. HCPL- 2601 HCPL- 2631 minimum kV/µs. HCPL-2611 minimum kV/µs.
