GENERAL DESCRIPTION
AMS421 four-terminal adjustable open collector shunt regulator with guaranteed temperature stability over entire range operation. output voltage value between 0.5V (VREF) adding external resistors. AMS421 features 0.25% initial tolerance, dynamic output impedance operates over wide current range. sharp turn-on characteristics this device excellent replacement Zener diodes many applications. AMS421 available SOT-23 packages.
