PRESSURE TRANSDUCER FULLY TEMPERATURE COMPENSATED CALIBRATED DUAL-IN-LINE PACKAGE
DESCRIPTION
SM5650 Series pressure sensors fully calibrated, temperature compensated low-pressure sensors dual in-line packages printed circuit board mounting. These sensors offer improved performance well option either constant current constant voltage excitation. Higher pressure ranges also available (See SM5611/SM5612 Datasheet), resulting broadest selection standard pressure ranges industry. SM5600 Series pressure sensors constructed attaching highly stable piezoresistive pressure sensor chip ceramic substrate. Thick film resistors ceramic laser trimmed during manufacturing provide zero offset calibration, temperature compensation zero offset, temperature compensation sensitivity. Model SM5651, additional resistor trimmed normalize output external differential amplifier provide span calibration when sensor driven constant current supply. Model SM5652, constant voltage supply used normalized output span each sensor then easily amplified. model SM5651 designed constant current excitation. model SM5652 designed constant voltage excitation. Various electrical pressure port configurations available flexibility matching this product specific applications.
