ULTRA DROPOUT POSITIVE VOLTAGE REGULATOR Power Management
GM6250's combine high accuracy with very power consumption, providing high output current even when application requires extremely input-output voltage differential. GM6250's include precision voltage reference, error correction circuit, over-temperature protection, current limited output driver. Fast transient response load variations provides excellent stability under dynamic load conditions. GM6250's come SOT-23 (150mW), SOT-89 (500mW) TO-92 packages.
