Installation
Module replacement requires only 3/8" driver. procedure given below replacement module.
Removing module
Before opening control cover, remove power control machinery which control connected. Open control cover. Refer drawing below. relay module held power supply board four #10-24 nylon nuts connector pins. nuts shaded drawing below. Remove nuts from module that removed. NOTE: spare nuts provided. Free module from connector sockets follows: Grasp module. Pull gently evenly, while rocking module from side-to-side until module comes free connector sockets.

Shock Hazard
Before performing maintenance inside control box, always remove power from control from machinery which control connected. Failure result electrical shock serious injury death.
Installing module
Make certain that power been removed from control machinery which control connected. Place module onto nylon mounting studs. Press gently firmly along right left edges module seat circuit connector pins snugly completely into their sockets. Replace four #10-24 nylon nuts tighten them snugly using 3/8" driver. caution avoid overtightening. Refer system instruction manual perform Commissioning Checkout Procedure found there.
