LC230WX3-SLA1 Color Active Matrix Liquid Crystal Display with integral Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp(UCCFL) backlight system. matrix employs a-Si Thin Film Transistor active element. transmissive type display operating normally black mode. inch diagonally measured acti ispl area WXGA reso lution (768 vertical 1366 horizontal pixel array) Each pixel divided into Red, Green Blue sub-pixels dots which arranged vertical stripes. Gray scale luminance sub-pixel color determined with 8-bit gray scale signal each dot, thus presenting palette more than 16.7M(true) colors. been designed apply 8-bit port LVDS interface. intended support PCTV where high brightness, super wide viewing angle, high color gamut, high color depth fast response time important.

Please avoid floating state interface signal invalid period. Precautions
Please attention followings when this module.
9-1. Mounting Precautions
must mount module using holes arranged four corners four sides. should consider mounting structure that uneven force (ex. Twisted stress) applied module. case which module mounted should have sufficient strength that external force transmitted directly module. Please attach surface transparent protective plate surface order protect polarizer. Transparent protective plate should have sufficient strength order resist external force. should adopt radiation structure satisfy temperature specification. Acetic acid type chlorine type materials cover case desirable because former generates corrosive attacking polarizer high temperature latter causes circuit break electro-chemical reaction. touch, push exposed polarizers with glass, tweezers anything harder than pencil lead. please with dust clothes with chemical treatment. touch surface polarizer bare hand greasy cloth.(Some cosmetics detrimental polarizer.) When surface becomes dusty, please wipe gently with absorbent cotton other soft materials like chamois soaks with petroleum benzine. Normal-hexane recommended cleaning adhesives used attach front rear polarizers. acetone, toluene alcohol because they cause chemical damage polarizer. Wipe saliva water drops soon possible. Their long time contact with polarizer causes deformations color fading. open case because inside circuits have sufficient strength.
9-2. Operating Precautions
spike noise causes mis-operation circuits. should lower than following voltage V=±200mV(Over under shoot voltage) Response time depends temperature.(In lower temperature, becomes longer.) Brightness depends temperature. lower temperature, becomes lower.) lower temperature, response time(required time that brightness stable after turned becomes longer. careful condensation sudden temperature change. Condensation makes damage polarizer electrical contacted parts. after fading condensation, smear spot will occur. When fixed patterns displayed long time, remnant image likely occur. Module high frequency circuits. Sufficient suppression electromagnetic interference shall done system manufacturers. Grounding shielding methods important minimized interference. Please give mechanical and/or acoustical impact LCM. Otherwise, can't operated full characteristics perfectly. screw which fastened steels should machine screw. not, causes metallic foreign material deal fatal blow) Please edge.

9-3. Electrostatic Discharge Control
Since module composed electronic circuits, strong electrostatic discharge. Make certain that treatment persons connected ground through wrist band etc. don't touch interface directly.
9-4. Precautions Strong Light Exposure
Strong light exposure causes degradation polarizer color filter.
9-5. Storage
When storing modules spares long time, following precautions necessary. Store them dark place. expose module sunlight fluorescent light. Keep temperature between 35°C normal humidity. polarizer surface should come contact with other object. recommended that they stored container which they were shipped.
9-6. Handling Precautions Protection Film
protection film attached bezel with small masking tape. When protection film peeled off, static electricity generated between film polarizer. This should peeled slowly carefully people electrically grounded with well ionblown equipment such condition, etc. When module with protection film attached stored long time, sometimes there remains very small amount glue still bezel after protection film peeled off. remove glue easily. When glue remains bezel surface vestige recognized, please wipe them with absorbent cotton waste other soft material like chamois soaked with normalhexane.
