During power-down, after delay time tpHL from moment VCC<VS-VHYS, VOUT will logic state. general, rated output current VCC, VOUT pulled down voltage within 0.4V from GND. (See Electrical Characteristics section). VOUT will logic state while VSVHYS>VCC>VOPR power-down operating. After falls below VOPR, output undefined.
