Product Description
ANADIGICS AMT8412, packaged TO-46 lens can, 3.3V integrated photodetector transimpedance amplifier (TIA) used convert long wavelength (1250 1620nm) optical input signal into differential output voltage. AMT8412 typical bandwidth 1.9GHz dynamic range over 25dB. package allows separate biasing current monitoring photodiode. These devices readily designed into receivers, transceivers transponders SONET OC-48 STM-16 applications.
