Product Description
ANADIGICS AMT8210, packaged TO46 lens can, 3.3V integrated photodetector transimpedance amplifier (TIA) used convert long wavelength (1250 1620nm) optical input signal into differential output voltage. AMT8210 bandwidth 900MHz dynamic range over 27dB. These devices readily designed into receivers, transceivers transponders Gigabit Ethernet Fiber Channel applications.
