Evaluation Board Manual Operation sequence
power supply lines. [AVDD] (red) 4.75 5.25V [TVDD] (orange) 5.25V [D3V] (orange) 5.25V [VCC] (red) [AGND] (black) [DGND] (black)

Each supply line should distributed from power supply unit. TVDD must same voltage level. evaluation mode, jumper pins switches. (See followings.) Power AK5365 AK4103 should reset once bringing upon power-up.
Evaluation mode
Slave Mode When evaluating AK5365 using AK4103, setting AK5365's audio interface format should same AK4103's format. setting AK5365 (No.1 (I2C) parallel mode, serial mode) should same setting AK4103 (No.1 SW3). About AK5365's audio interface format, refer AK5365's datasheet. About AK4103's audio interface format, Table3. (1-1) evaluation using function AK4103 PORT1 (DIT) used. generates audio bi-phase signal from received data which output through optical connector (TOTX176). possible connect AKM's converter evaluation boards digitalamplifier which equips input. Nothing should connected PORT2 (ROM). case using external clock through connector (J13), select (CLK) short (XTE) open (EXT).

Control Software Manual Set-up evaluation board control software
control software packed with this evaluation board does support control. AKD5365 according previous term. Connect IBM-AT compatible with AKD5365 10-line type flat cable (packed with AKD5365). Take care insert 10pin header wrong direction. (This control software does operate Windows NT/2000/XP, therefore please operate Windows95/98/Me.) Insert floppy-disk labeled "AKD5365 Control Program 1.0" into floppy-disk drive. Access floppy-disk drive double-click icon "akd5365.exe" control program. Then please evaluate according follows.
Operation flow
Keep following flow. control program according explanation above. Click "Port Setup" button. Click "Write default" button. Then dialog input data.
