Descriptions THM2003J high performance cascadeable 50-ohm amplifier. This RFIC uses latest Silicon Germanium Hetero Junction Bipolar Transistor (TAHB09) process Tachyonics Co., which 30GHz fT(Normal). THM2003J uses multi feedback cascade amplifier topology with resistive feedback broad band performance well stability over entire temperature range. THM2003J also internally matched impedance wide bandwidth.
