Description
These regulators employ internal current-limiting thermal-shutdown, making them essentially indestructible. They deliver 100mA output current. case temperature keep Tc=25°C. They intended fixed voltage regulators wide range applications including local (on-card) regulation elimination noise distribution problems associated with single-point regulation. addition, they used with power pass elements make high-current voltage regulators.
