PL7808XJ3
Description
PL7808XJ3 series three-terminal positive regulators available TO-252 package. These regulators provide local TO-252 on-card regulation, eliminating distribution problems associated with single point regulation. Each employs internal current limiting, thermal shutdown safe operating area protection, making essentially indestructible. adequate heat sinking provided, they deliver over output current. Although designed primarily fixed voltage regulators, these devices used with external components obtain adjustable voltages currents. PL7808XJ3 characterized operation from +125°C, operating temperature always high, please refer power dissipation curve.
