PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
PD070-HL2 high performance, InGaAs photodiode with photosensitive region diameter. been specifically designed noise, high linearity analog optical receivers operating 3GHz. Planar semiconductor design dielectric passivation provide noise performance. Reliability assured hermetic sealing 100% purge burn-in (0200°C, hours, 20V). device either pigtailed with connectors (UPC APC) mounted receptacle. Custom packages also available.
