Housed compact (LP4) package, RFIC requires minimal external components provides cost alternative more complicated double upconversion architectures. output port single-ended matched Ohms with external components. requires driven either differential single-ended mode while baseband inputs will support modulation inputs from typical. During Uncalibrated Sideband Carrier Suppression tests, care taken ensure that signal paths from Vector Signal Generator (VSG) Device Under Test (DUT) equal. "Uncalibrated, Sideband Carrier Suppression plots were measured room temperature, while "Uncalibrated, over Temperature" Sideband Carrier Suppression plots represent worst case uncalibrated suppression levels measured "Calibrated, Sideband Suppression data plotted after manual adjustment amplitude balance phase offset (skew) each input power level. adjustment settings were held constant during tests over temperature.
