FC7113 high-power, high-efficiency power amplifier module CDMA/AMPS wireless handsets. consists two-stage amplifier, 50ohm matching network both input output ports, bias control circuitry. most important features FC7113, fixed bias mode operation, which eliminates need mode change between low-power high- power/high-gain mode, provides excellent performance 31-dBm output power. This advantage also makes possible carry step calibration handsets with very idle current. assembled 3-mm package without passive component This lead-free package provides excellent electrical stability thermal resistance. This FC7113 manufactured with advanced InGaP MMIC process.
