AP1045A linear, two-stages power amplifier MMIC with high output power 2.4GHz band utilizing InGaP/GaAs process. With excellent linearity performance, device delivers 20dBm output power under 54Mbps OFDM (IEEE802.11g) modulation, with 3.3V. also deliver 22.5dBm linear power also includes on-chip power detector, providing voltage proportional output power device. AP1045A housed 3(mm), pin, leadless package.
