74VHC125 Quad Buffer with 3-STATE Outputs
VHC125 contains four independent non-inverting buffers with 3-STATE outputs. advanced high-speed CMOS device fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology achieves high-speed operation similar equivalent Bipolar Schottky while maintaining CMOS power dissipation. input protection circuit insures that applied input pins without regard supply voltage. This device used interface systems supply systems such battery backup. This circuit prevents device destruction mismatched supply input voltages.
