Evaluation Board Manual
Operating sequence power supply lines. [5V] (Red) [3.3V] (Orange)=3.3V (open when shorted) [GND] (Black) switches jumpers. Refer following sections. Power AK4140 should reset once bringing (SW1) upon power-up.

Control Software Manual Set-up evaluation board control software
AKD4140-B according Operating Sequence located page Connect IBM-AT compatible with AKD4140-B 10-line type flat cable (packed with AKD4140-B). Take care direction 10pin header. (Please install driver CD-ROM when this control software used Windows 2000/XP. Please refer "Installation Manual Control Software Driver device control software". case Windows95/98/ME, this installation needed. This control software does operate Windows NT.) Insert CD-ROM labeled "AKD4140-B Evaluation Kit" into CD-ROM drive. Access CD-ROM drive double-click icon "akd4140.exe" control program. Please evaluate according following.

Keep following flow. control program according explanation above. Click "Port Reset" button.

Write registers that currently displayed. Dialog write data keyboard operation. Save current register setting. Write saved values register. Dialog write data mouse operation.

Address Box: Start Data Box: Data Box: Interval Box: Step Box: Input registers address figures hexadecimal. Input starts data figures hexadecimal. Input data figures hexadecimal. Data written AK4140 this interval. Data changes this step.
