GENERAL DESCRIPTION
AMS222 low-cost, oscillator intended used external clock low-frequency applications. device consists resistor-programmed oscillator with complementary output stage. external resistor allows output frequency range adjusted from 10kHz 6MHz. complimentary output stage very useful paralleling, switching regulators doubling output current. AMS222 offered SOT-23 5-leads package.

AMS222 silicon clock generator with complementary output, programmable frequency using single resistor from 10KHz 6MHz. Output phase from Output signals overlap does allow drive critical circuits where break-beforemake very important. operates from 2.7V high consuming just 1.2mA power. output drive capable drive capacitive loads 50pF resistive loads 3mA. high stability output frequency it's immunity supply variation internal temperature compensated voltage reference. Having good power supply rejection ratio, device works very well electrically noisy environments. only critical element Fset resistor that should placed close possible package avoid parasitic capacitance traces cross-talk.
