GENERAL DESCRIPTION
AMS6101 adjustable step-up DC/DC converter with internal switch. With ability output voltage 23V, AMS6101 ideal part biasing displays. AMS6101 operated switching frequencies allowing easy filtering noise. external compensation gives user flexibility setting frequency compensation, which makes possible small, ceramic capacitors output. AMS6101 available profile 8-lead SOIC (thermally enhanced) package.
