GENERAL DESCRIPTION
AMS3101 150mA dropout fixed voltage regulator, featuring internal electronic switch controlled CMOS logic levels. When Enable pulled logic high level, device state. Designed specifically battery powered applications where quiescent current, dropout standby current required, AMS3101 ideal standby power systems. Like other regulators AMS3101 series also includes internal current limiting thermal shutdown. high precision 0.6V voltage reference enables device provide very output voltages. feature includes reference bypass improve low-noise performance fixed output versions. Ideal space critical applications, AMS3101 available 5-pin SOT-23 surface mount package requires only 10µF capacitor output minimum amount external components. Power Good option used when Output Voltage drop must detected. Output Voltage drops approximately nominal value, open collector will pull down state.
