Biasing Operation
AMMC-6241 normally biased with positive supply connected both bond pads through 100pF bypass capacitor shown Figure recommended supply voltage important place bypass capacitor close possible. negative gate bias voltage needed AMMC-6241. Input output matching achieved on-die, therefore other external component required besides 100pF bypass capacitor main supply. input output DC-blocked with internal coupling capacitors. ground wires needed because ground connections made with plated through-holes backside device.
