Description
TSL260R, TSL261R, TSL262R infrared light-to-voltage optical sensors, each combining photodiode transimpedance amplifier (feedback resistor respectively) single monolithic Output voltage directly proportional light intensity (irradiance) photodiode. These devices have improved amplifier offset-voltage stability power consumption supplied 3-lead plastic sidelooker package with integral visible light cutoff filter lens. When supplied lead (Pb) free package, device RoHS compliant.
