RS1509 Monolithic that design step-down DC/DC Converter, ability driving load without additional transistor component. output version included 3.3V, adjustable type. operates switching frequency 150KHz thus allowing smaller sized filter components than what would needed with lower frequency switching regulators. Other features include guaranteed tolerance output voltage under specified input voltage output load conditions, ±15% oscillator frequency. Regarding protected function, thermal shutdown prevent over temperature operating from damage, current limit against over current operating output switch.
