S-1132 Series positive voltage regulator with dropout voltage, high output voltage accuracy, current consumption (300 output current) developed based CMOS technology. small ceramic capacitor used. operates with current consumption typ. built-in Output current protector prevents load current from exceeding current capacitance output transistor. Compared with conventional output current CMOS voltage regulators, high-density mounting realized using super-small SNT-6A(H) package 0.1µF small ceramic capacitor.
