General Description
HMC226 HMC226E low-cost SPDT switches 6-lead SOT26 packages transmit-receive applications which require very distortion high signal power levels. device control signals from especially suited MHz, MHz, applications with loss. design provides exceptional P1dB intermodulation performance; compression point third order intercept volt bias. reflective opens when "Off". Capacitor value determines lowest frequency operation. Highest signal power capability achieved with +10V. switch will operate properly (but lower power capability) bias voltages down +3V.
