HMC197 HMC197E low-cost SPDT switches 6-lead SOT26 plastic packages general switching applications which require very insertion loss very small size. device control signals from especially suited MHz, GHz, applications with less than loss. design provides exceptional insertion loss performance, ideal filter receiver switching. reflective shorts when "Off". control voltages require minimal amount current offer compatibility with most CMOS logic families. HMC221 same performance alternate SOT26 pin-out.
