PRECAUTIONS USING MODULES
10.1. HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
display panel made glass. subject mechanical shock impact dropping display panel damaged liquid crystal substance leaks out, sure your mouth. substance contacts your skin clothes, wash using soap water. apply excessive force display surface adjoining areas since this cause color tone vary. polarizer covering display surface module soft easily scratched. Handle this polarizer carefully. display surface becomes contaminated, breathe surface gently wipe with soft cloth. heavily contaminated, moisten cloth with following solvents: Isopropyl alcohol Ethyl alcohol Solvents other than those above mentioned damage polarizer. Especially, following: Water Ketone Aromatic solvents Extra care minimize corrosion electrode. Water droplets, moisture condensation current flow high-humidity environment accelerates corrosion electrode. Install Module using mounting holes. When mounting Module, make sure free twisting, warping distortion. particular, forcibly pull bend cable backlight cable. attempt disassemble process Module. (10) terminal should open. connect anything. (11) logic circuit power off, apply input signals. (12) prevent destruction elements static electricity, careful maintain optimum work environment. sure ground body when handling Module. Tools required assembling, such soldering irons, must properly grounded. reduce amount static electricity generated, conduct assembling other work under conditions.

10.2. STORAGE CONDITIONS

Using modules
11.1 LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY MODULES
composed glass polarizer. attention following items when handling. Please keep temperature within specified range storage. Polarization degradation, bubble generation polarizer peel-off occur with high temperature high humidity. touch, push exposed polarizers with anything harder than pencil lead (glass, tweezers, etc). N-hexane recommended cleaning adhesives used attach front/rear polarizers reflectors made organic substances, which will damaged chemicals such acetone, toluene, toluene, ethanol isopropyl alcohol. When display surface becomes dusty, wipe gently with absorbent cotton other soft material like chamois soaked petroleum ether. scrub hard avoid damaging display surface. Wipe saliva water drops immediately, contact with water over long period time cause deformation color fading. Avoid contacting fats. Condensation surface contact with terminals cold will damage, stain polarizers. After products tested temperature they must warmed container before coming contacting with room temperature air. attach anything display area avoid leaving marks touch display with bare hands. This will stain display area degrade insulation between terminals (some cosmetics determinate polarizers). (10)As glass fragile, tends become chipped during handling especially edges. Please avoid dropping jarring.
11.2 INSTALLING MODULE
Attend following items when installing LCM. Cover surface with transparent protective plate protect polarizer cell. When assembling into other equipment, spacer between fitting plate should have enough height avoid causing stress module surface, refer individual specifications measurements. measurement tolerance should ±0.1mm.
11.3 ELECTRO-STATIC DISCHARGE CONTROL
Since this module uses CMOS LSI, same careful attention should paid electrostatic discharge ordinary CMOS

When soldering terminal LCM, make certain power source soldering iron does leak. When using electric screwdriver attach LCM, screwdriver should ground potentiality minimize much possible transmission electromagnetic waves produced sparks coming from commutator motor. possible, make electric potential your work clothes that workbenches ground potential. reduce generation electro-static discharge, careful that work dried. relative humidity 50%-60% recommended.
11.4 PRECAUTIONS OPERATION
Viewing angle varies with change liquid crystal driving voltage (Vo). Adjust show best contrast. Driving voltage above limit will shorten lifetime. Response time greatly delayed temperature below operating temperature range.
