IRS21953 contains side outputs sharing common ground high side output. side drivers tolerate -600 below input signal (VSS: input supply return). High side driver tolerate above side ground (COM: side supply return). IRS21953 better propagation delay thermal characteristics compared photo-coupler driver. logic inputs compatible with standard CMOS LSTTL output. Proprietary HVIC latch-up immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construction.
