Description
IR3821 SupIRBuckis easy-to-use, fully integrated highly efficient DC/DC regulator. onboard switching controller MOSFETs make IR3821 space-efficient solution, providing accurate power delivery output voltage applications. IR3821 operates from 4.5V input supply generates output voltage adjustable from 0.6V 0.75*Vin loads versatile regulator offering programmability startup time, power good threshold current limit, IR3821's fixed 600kHz switching frequency allows small external components. IR3821 also features important protection functions, such Pre-Bias startup, hiccup current limit thermal shutdown provide required system level security event fault conditions.
