Description
IR3820 SupIRBuckis easy-to-use, fully integrated highly efficient DC/DC regulator. onboard switching controller MOSFETs make IR3820 space-efficient solution, providing accurate power delivery output voltage applications. IR3820 operates from 4.5V input supply generates output voltage adjustable from 0.6V 0.75*Vin loads 12A. versatile regulator offering programmability startup time, power good threshold current limit, IR3820's fixed 600kHz switching frequency allows small external components. IR3820 also features important protection functions, such Pre-Bias startup, hiccup current limit thermal shutdown provide required system level security event fault conditions.
