Description
IR3315(S)PbF fully protected terminals high side switch. input signal referenced Vcc. When input voltage higher than specified threshold, output power Mosfet turned When lower than specified threshold, output Mosfet turned off. current proportional power Mosfet current sourced pin. Over current shutdown occurs when Vst-Vin 4.5V. current shutdown threshold adjusted selecting proper RIfb. Either over current over temperature latches switch. device reset pulling input high. Other integrated protections (ESD, reverse battery, active clamp) make switch very rugged automotive environment.
