Micro-Power Voltage Detectors
RT9819 micro-power voltage detector supervising power supply voltage level microprocessors digital systems. provides internally fixed threshold levels with 0.1V step ranging from 1.2V which covers most digital applications. features supply current RT9819 performs supervisory function sending reset signal whenever voltage falls below preset threshold level. This reset signal will last whole period before recovering. Once recovered upcrossing threshold level, reset signal will released after certain delay time. RT9819 provided SC-70-3, SC-82 SOT-23-3 packages.

Benefits Highly Accurate Reset Threshold Most supervisor have reset threshold voltages between 1.5% below value nominal supply voltages. This ensures reset will occur within nominal supply, will occur when supply 1.5% below nominal.
