Application Information
Output Voltage Setting Referring application circuits, output voltage switching regulator (VOUT) with Equation (1).

Layout Guide full plane without break. noise bypass Short wide connection MLCC capacitor between Pin5 Pin3. noise bypass capacitor close inductor, when idea voltage source. Minimized node copper area keep away from noise sources. Minimized parasitic capacitance connecting nodes, which cause additional switching loss. Feedback Loop Design Referring application circuits, selection based trade-off between quiescent current consumption interference immunity stated below: Follow Equation (1). Higher reduces quiescent current (Path current 1.25V/R2), however resistors beyond recommended. Lower gives better noise immunity, less sensitive interference, layout parasitics, node leakage, improper probing pins.

proper value feed forward capacitor parallel with improve noise immunity feedback loops, especially improper layout. empirical suggestion around 0~33pF feedback resistors 10nF~0.1F feedback resistors tens hundreds applications without standby suspend modes, lower values preferred. applications concerning current consumption standby suspend modes, higher values needed. Such high impedance feedback loops" sensitive interference, which require careful layout avoid interference, e.g. probing pin.
