RT9266 compact, high efficiency, voltage step-up DC/DC converter with Adaptive Current Mode control loop, includes error amplifier, ramp generator, comparator, switch pass element driver which providing stable high efficient operation over wide range load currents. operates stable waveforms without external compensation. start-up input voltage below makes RT9266 suitable battery cells applications providing 300mA output current. 450kHz high switching rate minimized size external components.
