AccuPGA Adapter Modules
Accutek family AccuPGA Adapter Modules designed permit soldering surface mount PLCC devices into standard through-hole board. These AccuPGA modules compatible drop replacement end-of-life devices. Standard counts include pins. accommodate square rectangular PLCCs with 0.050" lead pitch sizes from 0.600" 1.500". They feature 0.018" diameter machined pins with integral standoffs. Plating options tin, solder gold pins. AccuPGAs were developed users with motherboard designs that require PGA's, obsoleted manufacturers. These adapter modules designed soldering directly into through-hole board save costly motherboard redesigns. AccuPGA Adapter Modules fully assembled tested. AccuPGAs manufactured turnkey from customer supplied surface mount chips. Custom multi-chip double sided configurations also available special functions.
