VISUAL INSPECTION HOLE
Insert stripped wire into contact crimp pot. Wire must visible thru inspection hole.
Using correct crimp tool locator, cycle tool once sure indentors open. Insert contact wire into locator. Squeeze tool handles firmly completely insure proper crimp. tool will release unless crimp indentors tool head have been fully actuated. Release crimped contact wire from tool. certain wire visible thru inspection hole contact.
Contact Insertion
Remove hardware from plug receptacle slip over wire bundle proper order reassembly.
Using proper plastic metal insertion tool corresponding contact, position wire tool that tool butts against contact shoulder.
Press tool against contact shoulder and, with firm even pressure, insert wired contact tool into center contact cavity. slight click heard metal retaining tines snap into place behind contact shoulder.
Remove tool pull back lightly wire make sure contact properly seated. Repeat operation with remainder contacts inserted, beginning with center cavity working outward alternating rows.
After contacts inserted, fill empty cavities with wire sealing plugs, Ressemble plug receptacle hardware.
Contact Extraction
Remove hardware from plug receptacle slide hardware back along wire bundle.
Using plastic metal extraction tool with proper color code corresponding contact size, place wire tool.
Insert tool into contact cavity until tool bottoms against contact shoulder, expanding clip retaining tines.
Hold wire firmly tool extract wired contact tool. Repeat operation contacts extracted.
Fill empty wire cavities with wire sealing plugs,
Reassemble plug receptacle.
