MC10E404/100E404 4-bit differential AND/NAND device. differential operation device makes ideal pulse shaping applications where duty cycle skew critical. Special design techniques were incorporated minimize skew between upper lower level gate inputs. Because negative 2-input NAND function equivalent 2-input function, differential inputs outputs device also allow fully differential input OR/NOR function. output RISE/FALL times this device significantly faster than most other standard ECLinPS devices resulting increased bandwidth. differential inputs have clamp structures which will force output gate open input condition state. Thus, inputs unused gates left open will affect operation rest device. Note that input clamp will take affect only both inputs fall 2.5V below VCC.
