LTP-4323/4823 series inch (10.0mm) height 16-segment dual digit alphanumeric displays. displays have gray face white segments. AlGaAs alphanumeric display designed applications requiring power consumption. They tested selected their excellent current characteristics ensure that segments matched current. Drive current segment available. AlGaAs series device utilize chips which made from AlGaAs non-transparent GaAs substrate. bright green series devices utilize chips which made from transparent substrate. yellow orange series devices utilize chips which made from GaAsP transparent substrate.
