SiGe MMIC Wideband Linear Amplifier
Descriptions THM2004J high performance cascadeable 50-ohm amplifier. This RFIC uses latest Silicon Germanium Hetero Junction Bipolar Transistor (TAHB09) process Tachyonics Co., which 30GHz fT(Normal). THM2004J uses multi feedback cascade amplifier topology with resistive feedback broad band performance well stability over entire temperature range. THM2004J also internally matched impedance wide bandwidth.
