3-TERMINAL VOLTAGE REGULATOR, VOLTS -1.25 VOLTS 1.5A
LM137K adjustable 3-terminal negative voltage regulator capable supplying excess 1.5A over output voltage range -1.2V -37V. This regulator exceptionally easy apply, requiring only external resistors output voltage output capacitor frequency compensation. circuit design been optimized excellent regulation thermal transients. Futher, LM137K features internal current limiting, thermal shutdown safe-area compensation, making virtually blowout-proof against overloads. LM137K serves wide variety applications including local on-card regulation, programmable-output voltage regulation precision current regulation.
