16-Bit Inverting Buffer/Line Driver with TRI-STATE Outputs
ACTQ16540 contains sixteen inverting buffers with TRI-STATE outputs designed employed memory address driver, clock driver, bus-oriented transmitter/receiver. device byte controlled. Each byte separate TRI-STATE control inputs which shorted together full 16-bit operation.
