Principle Operation
There three couples scrapers integrated with rotor form rotating unit that installed inside measuring chamber meter. (see sketches). scrapers fitted grooves rotor with quantities accordance with quantities scrapers. Scrapers slide radially along grooves barrel-type rotor.
