Waveguide Gaskets
effective shielding pressure sealing choke, cover contact flanges, Chomerics' waveguide gaskets ensure insertion, flange leakage, maximum heat transfer minimum outgassing. Made from CHO-SEAL 1239 1212 conductive elastomers, gaskets reusable will scar flanges. Cover flange flat contact flange gaskets die-cut from CHO-SEAL 1239 sheet stock 0.027 (0.69 thick, ±0.003 (0.08 mm). Containing expanded metal reinforcement eliminate cold flow, these gaskets supplied with slightly raised around iris opening high-pressure, high-power applications. RF/pressure seals waveguide cover flanges also available Gask-O-Seal form. Gask-OSeal waveguide gaskets consist thin metal retainers which incorporate elastomer seals each side, raised knurls which bite into flange surfaces provide good electrical contact. more information Gask-O-Seal products, contact Parker Hannifin, Cleveland, 1-800-272-7537 Gask-O-Seal catalog #OSD-6411A. Choke flange grooved contact flange gaskets molded from CHO-SEAL 1212 material, available with D-cross sections. Properties CHO-SEAL 1212 1239 materials shown right.
